We hope all the splashing in the water has worked up your appetite as we love making (and of course, eating) delicious food in our restaurant on Dhigurah: Hermit’s.
In our kitchen, we strive to use local products whenever possible. On Dhigurah, we locally grow coconut, breadfruit, screw pine and chili. You’re right! The seafood is fresh from the ocean. If it is not readily available in the region, we source it responsibly. Don’t hesitate to ask us where your food is from.
Our restaurant’s menu strikes a balance between local dishes for your culinary adventures and comfort food to get you ready for your next adventure. We strive to keep our menu simple and delicious. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance so that we prepare an alternative meal for you. Please, keep in mind that in the Maldives, pork and alcoholic drinks cannot be consumed on any non-resort/local island.

Rooftop Juice Bar
Enjoy fresh fruit juices and sodas while enjoying a panoramic view on Bliss’ rooftop. Take a seat at the bar, lounge couch or one of the bean bags. Read a book and tan in our lounge chairs on the sun deck and, when it’s too hot, dip in one of the jacuzzis!

Not only Maldivians are raving about ‘mashuni’, a mix of coconut flakes and fish served with wraps, for breakfast. So we figured this item can’t miss in our menu. Above all, we are a fishing nation! Therefore fish is included in many of our dishes. Seafood tagliatelle, crab cakes, prawn pad Thai and tuna burger are a few of our favorites!

On a holiday, but not the typical tourist? Remote workers, we get you. On the ground floor of Bliss there is a small coffee bar and working space where you’ll be surrounded by power plugs. Take out your laptop, use the free WiFi and sip a coffee in our Restaurant & Cafe Hermit’s for as long as you need, before or after heading out on your daily adventure of seeking whale sharks and manta rays.
